About 6 months ago I was reading my Con Edison bill and decided to change my energy provider, one  it was supposed to be cheaper and second that I thought I was using cleaner energy. I do not know about the later but being cheaper was totally false. False advertising and when I did call Energy Plus to ask why my bills had gone up so much and they said that if I had still been with only Con Edison my bills would also be higher. Well, I decided to go back to Con Ed and guess what my bills are much lower. Just a heads up if you are thinking of switching….don’t.
